This place is incredible! The food is excellent and presentation is beautiful. The staff is wonderful and makes the dining experience truly top notch. We’ve been here twice now, once for lunch and once for dinner, and both times were great. It’s also nice that it is a restaurant that seems to welcome/enjoy kids. Our 4 year old daughter has been with us both times and she loved it. She regularly requests to go back :) It’s great being able to expose her to sushi and Japanese cuisine at an actual restaurant and it be a comfortable experience. We can’t wait for our next time back!
We recently had lunch at Fuji Sushi. (This was formerly the long time family run Nippon Japanese Restaurant). Since re-opening, the "new" restaurant has been very tastefully remodeled, and has a really cool and relaxed vibe. My wife and I both ordered their lunch box sashimi/sushi combo - which included a small salad, miso soup, 6 pieces of sashimi, a sushi roll of your choice, shrimp and veggie tempura, seaweed salad, and pickles. An amazing combo these days, and for a bargain price of $20 each. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the service was attentive and quick. Their menu also includes an array of cooked bento box combos, and tempura dishes for those who do want raw fish. We highly recommend Fuji Sushi, give it a try!
A true hidden gem in the Houston area! Fuji Japanese Sushi Bar offers incredibly fresh fish and beautifully presented rolls. You can really tell the owners care about the quality of every dish that leaves the kitchen. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for either a date night or a family dinner. Highly recommend the Chef’s Specials—the flavors are outstanding. Will definitely be a regular here!
